Hygiene protection stickers must be unbroken
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

How to Return
Request Return Authorization

- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
Receive Return Instructions
We'll respond within 6 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please wait for approval before sending items back.
Pack Your Return
Carefully pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include a note with your order number inside the package.
Ship with Tracking
Ship your return using a trackable method. We recommend insuring valuable items. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right immediately.
Take photos of the damage/defect and packaging

We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
